Temecula Neighborhoods

Wolf Creek — A 557-acre master-planned community built in the early-to-mid 2000s, with homes from roughly 2,000 to 6,000 sq. ft. in Spanish and Mediterranean Revival styles. Residents enjoy a splash park, village shopping, and Wolf Creek Park, plus easy access to Pechanga Resort & Casino and Old Town Temecula.

Morgan Hill — Located at the gateway to Wine Country about 6 miles from downtown, Morgan Hill offers Craftsman, Spanish, and Colonial-style homes from 2,000–4,000 sq. ft., many with solar panels and hillside views. The HOA includes a 3-acre clubhouse with pools, spa, tennis courts, and a fitness center.

Paloma Del Sol & Paseo Del Sol — Twin master-planned communities built in the early 1990s just down the street from Old Town, known for five community pools, greenbelt walking trails, tot lots, and tennis and basketball courts.

Crowne Hill — Built out between 1996 and 2006, Crowne Hill's roughly 1,017 homes feature Spanish-style red tile roofs and stucco siding on walkable, palm-lined streets. Amenities include Crowne Hill Park and nearby Galway Downs for equestrian events.

Meadowview — One of Temecula's most distinctive neighborhoods, built around a 360-acre open meadow with large lots. The HOA includes a clubhouse, two heated pools, spa, tennis and basketball courts, an equestrian center, and miles of trails.

Somer's Bend — Temecula's newest large-scale community within the Roripaugh Ranch Specific Plan, offering American Farmhouse, Craftsman, Monterey, and Prairie-style new construction. The centerpiece is "The Barn," a resort clubhouse with a junior Olympic pool and fitness center, plus 8 miles of trails and a 21-acre park.

Vintage Hills — A friendly, established neighborhood from the early 1990s bordering Temecula Wine Country, with over 600 homes and mature landscaping. Amenities include two pools, two spas, a clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, and a baseball diamond.

Altair (New Community) — Temecula's newest master-planned community, opened in 2026 just west of Old Town on 270 acres with panoramic valley views. Altair will include up to 1,750 homes across 15 neighborhoods, plus parks, trails, and commercial space.

Harveston — Built around a 17-acre lake, Harveston is known for its Cape Cod-style homes, walking trails, paddle boats, and the 8,000-square-foot Harveston Lake House with a Jr. Olympic pool, spa, and splash park.

Santiago Estates — A private, gated community of custom estate homes on lots of two acres or more, most homes 5,000+ sq. ft. Residents enjoy space for horse facilities, resort-style pools, and a central rose garden, with no HOA dues.
